Joe Murrell – 19 years old, a former Banbury United Junior for a number of seasons and a product of the Banbury United Youth 2006/7 & 2007/8 seasons. Joe is an exceptional goalkeeper who has already broken through to earn regular first team honours

Liam Shea – a former Banbury United Junior who is a very capable shot stopper. Joined the club last season after spells at local sides including Easington Sports and Hook Norton.

Sean Snelling – 20 year old energetic full back or midfield player. Sean is a product of the Banbury United Youth set up 2006/7 and has rejoined the club after a spell at Easington Sports

Richard Oakey – 20 year old former Banbury United Junior and invaluable member of the squad. Richard has shown significant improvement as a left sided defender/midfielder since rejoining the club from Middle Barton.

James Peppiatt – highly promising 19 year old left back who has made rapid progress since being converted from a wide midfield role last season. A product of the Banbury United Junior set up and 2006/7 & 2007/8 Youth team seasons, James is now a regular part of the first team squad

Stevie Howkins – a versatile player in any central role this 19 year old is highly rated primarily as a central defender. A former Banbury United Junior and a product of the 2006/7 & 2007/8 Youth team seasons Stevie has recently returned some impressive first team performances

Dan Watkin – 18 year old central defender with some potential recently promoted from this season’s youth team squad

Mikey Earle – 19 year old central defender or full back who has made tremendous progress for both youth and reserve sides since joining from Chasewell Park Under 17s two seasons ago.

David Buckwell – 19 years old a former Banbury United Junior for a number of seasons. Converted to senior football last season and is fast becoming a very commanding central defender. David recently signed Southern League forms for the club.

Dan Reeves – 19 years old a former Banbury United Junior for a number of seasons and a product of the Banbury United Youth 2006/7 & 2007/8 squads. Tenacious and skilful wide player who also holds Oxfordshire F A representative honours. Dan recently signed Southern League forms for the club.

Jacob Goddard – 22 years of age central midfielder who has been involved with the club over a seven year period, rejoined the club this season after spells at Easington Sports and Hook Norton.

Damian Gourlay – 20 year old midfielder and a product of the Banbury United Youth team 2006/7, Damian has rejoined the club after a brief spell in local football. Recently and successfully converted to a striking role in some games.

Ally Robinson – another former Banbury United Junior from Under 10 now 21 years of age. A talented central midfielder who has rejoined the club after spells as a Coventry City Junior . Ally recently signed Southern League forms for the club.

Peter Vaughan – a former youth team player Peter has rejoined the club this season after returning to Banbury after a 4 year absence. Although a veteran at 22, it is hoped that this striker can use his phenomenal pace to press claims for first team action.

Henry Rose – a former Banbury United Junior and a product of the Banbury United Youth set up 2006/7 who has returned to the club this after a spell at Easington Sports

Richard Whitton – as an older member of the squad offers from his experience from a range of Army/Combined Services representative honours. and Screw Fix Premier League appearances at Westbury United. Also a former BUFC youth team player, Witts captains the team from midfield or central defence.

William Jones – 18 year old squad player, this tough tackling full back has made great strides since earning reserve team representation last season.

Niall Higgins – 17 year old member of the current youth team who joined from Easington Sports. This versatile left sided player – defence/midfield has just been offered the opportunity to step up to the reserve team squad
