Does anybody know what the situation is with George? There hasn't been any sign of him so far, has he moved on?

i did speak to George at the end of the season and he said he was suffering with back and leg problems that were persistant, he said he was unsure if he would manage another season in the slp, bloody shame in my eye's great player and a legend for our club, loyal, hardworking and all ways up for it. Also a great strike partner for the mighty Norman Sylla,
if you havent re-signed for the mighty puritans? thank you George

George is/was one of those players, who you only realised how good they were, or what they did when they were out of the team.. A complete team player. Testimonial for George?

Have to agree one of my all time favorite players & that season with Norman was exceptional, George got battered by the big centre backs and Norman just slotted the lose ball away.

All the best George.

rarely did norman just 'slot them away' :)he scored some of the best goals i'v ever seen. But seriously george was a great partner for him, i for one was shocked when brocky put him up front but he did brilliant. a great servent for the club.
