Lost 3-2 played ok
My take on the new players:
Adam Howarth (any one know where he has come from?)- big lad played on left of defence then switched to the right, looked useful but unfit.
Delroy Gordon - played central defence and looked quality
Ross Oulton - The pick of the bunch looks a very very good player and worth paying to watch, temperament maybe questionable, I’d put up with a few suspensions, could be a star signing. Grin Grin Grin Grin
Rob Foster - didn't see enough of him?
Scott Cross - i like him very direct, always looking to turn and shoot, bit unfit but could a quality signing. Grin Grin
Connor Hayes - looks assured on the ball, not given much time.
Kameron Abbassi - I'm still not sure??
John Mbarah - looks ok not given much time.
Rhys Denton (old woodstock town)- looks unfit and not ahead of Foster, Cross & Taylor.

He then got a three year football scholarship in the USA with the University of Rhode Island. Also played for Western Massachusetts Pioneers and New York Red Bulls whilst in the States. Signed a professional contract with AC Kajaani in Finland in February 2009 before re-signing for Newport (IOW) in March 2010.

Joh Mbamarah
