Chips and Ham Tuesday

After reading about the Battle of Penydarryn Park and depending on which sides view you take, I am a bit concerned about Tuesday's game.In the past Chippenham always used to be a footballing side but as we have seen their approach seems to have changed in recent seasons. The last thing we need is needless injuries to key players, who can forget Herring's trail of destruction when he played for them, unfortunatley it would appear they are still up for a bit of the nasty stuff.Suppose we will just have to wait and see.

We haven't played them yet and their form of late is not that good. 3 points on Tuesday will set us up nicely. They have a few suspensions.

Oxford Mail
reporting that Sharif may start and Coleman and Ashton face late fitness tests. MacDonald not listed otherwise looks like a full squad if we can believe the paper.

Didn't play badly but didn't do enough in final third. Chippenham looked like a side we should beat - they defended nowhere near as well as Tiverton did.
Despite the Finbarr Saunders comments thought the ref was consistent and did ok.

Another below average midweek performance, even blondie was irratating at the end,had some good chances and a few passages of play, but remember when Chippenham came to town last year...2 poor games this season though...Crowd awful, you can lead a horse to water....
